Across the enterprise, product teams often reached out for help designing websites and visuals to “sell” their products. But the real challenge wasn’t just about making something eye-catching—it was about clarifying their message and ensuring their audience actually understood their value.
Our team saw the need to go deeper. Before diving into design, we helped teams define their business model, craft a compelling identity, and establish a strategic foundation—ensuring that when they did build a website or launch a campaign, it was built on a solid framework.
A Workshop Designed for Impact
We developed a 2.5-day interactive workshop, combining proven frameworks with hands-on exercises. Each session took teams of 5-10 participants through essential brand-building activities, including:

- Tribe: Understanding their audience and community.
- Impact: Defining their core value proposition.
- Identity: Establishing a consistent and compelling brand.
- Message: Applying storytelling and branding to communicate effectively.
Participants worked through business strategy tools like the Business Model Canvas, Strategy Canvas, Identity Assessment, and BrandScript, creating tangible artifacts they could immediately apply to their initiatives. Our team facilitated deep discussions to help teams align their vision before even considering marketing tactics.

Teams would have detailed conversations, carefully documenting them on canvases, models, and frameworks like what’s pictured here.
