Goal: As the Summer of 2022 came to a close, our IT Internship program wanted to highlight our program participants. This video was intended to not only show the value of the program to our leaders, but to be used as a recruitment tool for the 2023 season.  

Approach: Our team, with the IT Internship team, sent a call to interns asking for volunteers to be recorded. Once we had a list, we drafted questions and recorded interviews with them, both in person and via Webex. Combining these clips with motion design, we delivered both a long-form internal version, and an external version for the IT Careers page on jobs.boeing.com/it-internships

Result: The video was well received by the IT Leadership Team, and was played in the Q3 2022 all IT&DA Webcast. It currently resides on the IT Interships careers page and The Boeing Company’s Youtube Channel.
