A large manufacturing company aimed to accelerate product management adoption across 300+ product teams. This adoption was critical for the success of the company’s ongoing Digital Transformation
However, their approach relied heavily on PowerPoint presentations to communicate key concepts. As the initiative expanded, this method became time-consuming, inconsistent, and unsustainable. They needed a centralized, scalable solution to streamline messaging and engage employees efficiently.
Building a Digital Hub for Change
To create an effective platform, we first analyzed existing PowerPoint materials. This helped us identify the most common topics, key challenges, and frequently asked questions.
Collaborating with the initiative’s change management leader, we developed a structured approach to transform complex concepts into engaging digital content. Our key contributions included:
- Developing clear, engaging scripts that simplified technical ideas.
- Creating custom media assets tailored to diverse product teams.
- Designing a user-friendly website that organized key information into an intuitive, easy-to-navigate experience.
The platform became a centralized learning hub, hosting tutorials, guides, and videos to support product management adoption. Instead of static slides, teams could now access on-demand, interactive resources that encouraged learning at their own pace.
Driving Engagement and Impact
Since launching in October 2022, the website has reached 2,700 employees across the company. The average engagement time exceeded three minutes per session, signaling strong user interest.
Most importantly, the initiative saw a 150% increase in product management adoption. The website played a crucial role in scaling reach while reducing manual communication efforts, freeing up leadership to focus on strategy and execution.
