Enterprise-Wide Product Transformation Website
Situation:
An enterprise-level IT initiative within a large manufacturing company was tasked with accelerating the adoption of product management practices across more than 300 product teams. Up to this point, the team had been communicating mostly through PowerPoint presentations, which became inefficient as the scale of the initiative grew. They needed a centralized, scalable website to streamline these conversations and support widespread adoption of product management practices.
Approach:
We began by thoroughly analyzing the existing PowerPoint materials, identifying the most common topics and frequently asked questions. Working closely with the client team’s change management leader, we developed engaging scripts and created custom media assets tailored to the needs of their diverse audience. From there, we designed the website’s layout to not only convey the necessary information but to also be an intuitive, user-friendly hub that would engage employees across the organization.
The site was designed to accommodate a wide variety of resources, including tutorials, guides, and videos, ensuring that it could serve as a comprehensive tool for scaling their introductory conversations.
Result:
Since the website’s launch in October 2022, it has reached 2,700 employees within the company, with an average engagement time of over three minutes per session. This level of sustained engagement demonstrated the platform’s effectiveness in replacing time-consuming, one-off presentations with a scalable digital solution.
Outcome:
The initiative has seen a 150% increase in the adoption of product management practices across the organization, with the website becoming a key driver of this success. The team was able to significantly expand their reach and impact while reducing the manual communication burden.
