An internal IT Architecture Organization wanted to showcase its evolution, teamwork, and impact in a compelling way. Instead of a simple report, they envisioned a high-quality book that highlighted their business, people, and key successes—not just what they delivered, but how they worked together to drive transformation.
A Thoughtful, Story-Driven Approach
Each edition of the book began with a deep dive into the organization:
- We identified all teams within the group and conducted interviews with key members.
- Our writing team crafted stories and team spotlights to highlight successes, challenges, and future initiatives.
- Designers developed textures, layouts, and visuals that complemented the themes while staying on brand.
- We prioritized authenticity, taking custom headshots rather than relying on stock imagery.
- Finally, we partnered with FedEx to print and distribute high-quality copies worldwide.
A Lasting Impact
- The first edition (2017) was so well received that it was used in an IT leadership investor meeting.
- Demand led to an annual series, strengthening internal alignment and stakeholder confidence.
- By year three, many of the small projects from 2017 had grown into full-scale enterprise-wide initiatives, continuing to create long-term value for the company.
