The IT Career Foundation Program (ITCFP) is more than just a stepping stone—it’s a career accelerator designed to help early-career professionals grow their skills, expand their networks, and chart a path within Boeing’s IT organization. But to attract the next wave of talent, the program needed fresh, engaging content that would showcase its unique benefits and impact new applicants.
Telling a Story Through Real Experiences
Rather than relying on statistics and bullet points, we let real participants tell the story. Our team:
- Interviewed new participants, current members, and alumni to capture firsthand experiences.
- Crafted a compelling narrative that highlighted career growth, mentorship, and skill development.
- Filmed dynamic, high-quality footage using multiple Canon cameras (C100 and D80) to ensure a polished final product.
- Designed motion graphics and visual storytelling elements in After Effects to enhance engagement.
Expanding the Reach
The result was a visually engaging, emotionally resonant video that showcased ITCFP as an exciting and valuable career opportunity.
- Shared across Boeing’s internal news portal and The Boeing Company’s official YouTube channel for maximum visibility.
- Too early to measure recruitment impact, but the video successfully reinforced the program’s reputation among employees and external audiences.
